We are currently in the selection phase of our 2025 panelists. We’re super excited with the conversations we’re currently having. Keep an eye out in early May for announcements!
We aim to compile a diverse group of women from age, discipline, ethnicity, location, and background.

Before the panel, we’ll host a networking hour with enticing booths from various women-owned businesses. We’ll have light bites and drinks to encourage a social atmosphere.

Who is the event for?
EVERYONE! We hope to see men and women, boys and girls supporting, learning from, and listening to the stories of these inspiring women.
Women’s advancement in the outdoors isn’t a zero-sum game; creating space for women benefits everyone. It’s not just about giving opportunities to women, but about making the whole outdoor industry more inclusive and thriving.
Research in outdoor leadership suggests that diverse teams—including both men and women—tend to function better when it comes to group dynamics. Mixed-gender teams are often more collaborative and communicative, which can reduce the risks associated with outdoor activities. Studies suggest that the inclusion of women can enhance teamwork and reduce potential conflicts, which leads to a more positive and safe experience for everyone.
Sponsorship Support
Shout out to our 2024 Sponsors and In-Kind Donors who helped us raise over $7,000. Whether that was by donating to our silent auction, offering discounted vendor rates, or financially sponsoring our event, these businesses made a HUGE impact!
Our goal for 2025 is $12,500 - Help us build bridges—your contribution supports not just women, but the entire outdoor community, creating stronger connections and opportunities for all.
